This is the support page for the TypeCurrent app on iPhone and iPad. You can reach us without an account.

Email info@aircraftholdings.org. The address is info@aircraftholdings.org. Use it for a bug, a billing question, a card error, a feature request, or a privacy request.

We reply within two business days. Include the iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version, the TypeCurrent version (Settings, or the app’s about line), and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

Report a card

Found a wrong limitation, memory item, or step? Use Report on that card in the app. The report goes to info@aircraftholdings.org with the pack and card identifier. You can also email the same address and name the aircraft and the card.

TypeCurrent is a study aid. The aircraft flight manual and QRH for the serial you fly are the only source. Confirm every number against those documents.

Subscriptions and restore

The app is free to download. An aircraft pack is an annual auto-renewable subscription sold as an Apple In-App Purchase: $14.99 for a business-jet pack and $9.99 for a small GA pack.

• Restore a pack on a new device by signing into the same Apple ID used to buy it, then use Restore Purchases in the app if that control is shown.
• Manage or cancel an Apple subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds for an App Store purchase are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if a pack you paid for does not unlock after restore, and include the Apple receipt or order number if you have it.

No account to delete

TypeCurrent does not create a user account. Study progress and streaks stay on the device. To remove them, delete the app. To ask us to delete an email or a card report you already sent, use the privacy page or email info@aircraftholdings.org with the subject “Privacy deletion request.”
